i hate it when you feel so much like talking to someone yet it's so difficult to get it out of your mouth. you don't know whether that person would even appreciate what you are saying or just let it go in and out of their ear almost immediately.

i wish i could be good at running again. i just got a stupid postcard reminding me about the standard chartered run i did last year.

" You finished in a time of 0:56:01, we see a winner"

i don't know whether to laugh or cry. there are two ways i can see it. a motivation or something to make me feel worse. i choose motivation. i'm gonna work towards that same time i did last year again. i did it once and i can do it again.
